Managing multiple sites

Nook is built for people who run more than one website. Whether you manage a portfolio of content sites, client properties, or a mix of both, everything lives in one dashboard.

Portfolio view

The portfolio view is your home screen when you have multiple sites connected. It shows aggregate metrics across all properties: total sessions, total search clicks, combined pageviews. This gives you a single number for "how are things going?" without clicking into each site.

Below the aggregate cards you will see a list of all connected sites ranked by traffic, each with a sparkline and period comparison.

Organization switcher

If you belong to multiple organizations (for example, your own sites plus a client's), use the organization switcher in the sidebar to flip between them. Each organization has its own set of connected properties, team members, and billing.

Adding a site

  1. Open your dashboard and click Add site in the sidebar.
  2. If the Google account you signed in with has access to the property, it will appear in the list. Select it and click Connect.
  3. If the property is under a different Google account, click Connect another Google account and grant access.

Removing a site

Go to Settings > Connected sites, find the site you want to remove, and click Disconnect. This removes the site from your Nook dashboard but does not affect your GA4 or Search Console data in any way.

Site limits by plan

The number of connected properties depends on your plan. See pricing for current limits. You can upgrade at any time to connect more sites.
