Managing your subscription
Nook uses simple, transparent pricing. You can change your plan, update payment details, or cancel at any time from the billing portal.
Plans
Nook offers three plans based on the number of connected properties and data retention period. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Upgrading
To upgrade, go to Settings > Billing and click Change plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrading
Downgrading also happens in Settings > Billing. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current number of connected sites exceeds the lower plan's limit, you will be asked to disconnect sites before the downgrade processes.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account switches to a read-only state for 30 days.
- After the 30-day grace period, your cached data is deleted.
- Your GA4 and Search Console data is never affected.
Billing portal
The billing portal is powered by Stripe. From there you can update your credit card, download invoices, switch between monthly and annual billing, and manage your subscription. Access it from Settings > Billing > Manage billing.
Annual billing
All plans are available with annual billing at a discount. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the billing portal.
